Max picked up his new spectacles today (Nov 11 2000).
With him (of course) is his proud sister Gabrielle.

We got the as-yet-unnamed kitty as an orphan last Thursday (Nov 9 2000).
Favorite names so far include "Musica" ("Musi" for short), "Anoushka" (named after Ravi Shankar's daughter), "Blackjack" (since I got her at Viejas Casino), and "Horchata" (rice milk and cinnamon drink, one of Max' favorites!)
After all those exciting naming possibilities, the kids chose "Sally", named after the character on "Third Rock From The Sun." Sally is already growing up fast!
